Under general direction of the Maintenance Department; position will be responsible for various equipment and facility maintenance needs. Position will also assist in variety of non-skilled engineering duties as events require.
This is a highly skilled position requiring the incumbent to be responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation and repair of the plumbing systems in the facility.
Under direction, performs skilled painting of buildings, furniture, and facilities; performs other skilled and semi-skilled building maintenance and repair duties. Incumbents in this class may routinely perform building maintenance and repair duties not related to painting, such as carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
This position is responsible for assisting the Sales & Marketing Director with long-term bookings and assisting in supplementing long-term booking activity with short-term tradeshow, consumer, and some local event booking. Service and contract prospective and confirmed clients and facilitate transition of clients from sales to event planning.
