Do you provide rooftop access?
Rooftop access is prohibited. Signs and banners may not be hung from the roof and antennas may not be installed on the roof.
Do I need to supply floor plans for my island booth?
Submit a floor plan a minimum of 30 days prior to the first move-in day of your event showing the location of the service to be installed.
How long does the power stay on?
All electrical services include 24-hour power at no additional cost.
Can I just plug my equipment into existing outlets?
All electrical services must be completed by KBHCCD personnel. Any unauthorized use of power will be billed at the standard rate.
Are ceiling drops or rigging points available? If so, are there additional costs?
This process is managed by your General Service Contractor and must be approved by KBHCCD in advance. All rigging is subject to inspection by the KBHCCD, once installed. Rigging inspections fees apply. For additional policies and procedures, including weight limitations contact your Event Manager.
Will there be a service desk on the show floor?
The KBHCC is the exclusive provider of electricity, lighting, water (fill & drain), natural gas, and compressed air to exhibitors. We offer competitive, simple flat-rate pricing for all our utility services. All labor is included in our utility prices so there are no surprise on-site labor charges at KBHCCD. Additionally, all our electrical services include 24-hour power at no additional cost.
Can I bring my generator?
Outside generators are prohibited at the KBHCCD.
How do I go about ordering electrical services?
Electrical outlets must be ordered for each booth requiring power. Up to 100 AMP service can be provided at any floor pocket in the exhibit halls. All electrical services must be completed by KBHCCD personnel. Any unauthorized use of power will be billed at the standard rate.
