The safety, security, and well-being of everyone who attends an event at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas (KBHCCD) is always a top priority. We have recently made improvements to enhance the parking service you receive at the KBHCCD including:
• New emergency services such as jump starts and lockout assistance
• Increased lighting in key parking areas
• New equipment and technology to improve traffic flow, variable messaging to assist with wayfinding, and mitigating traffic congestion
Please note the change in our parking rates effective October 1, 2023. Rest assured, our partner, ACE Parking, is committed to providing you with excellent service. We remain one of the lowest-priced parking options in the heart of downtown Dallas. However, for those looking for alternate transportation options, we recommend ride-sharing and the DART, which has a station stop near the venue.
